Quick Hacks!
Quick Hacks is a 'spin-off' of TCMW. In this series I build something simple, that doesn’t take more than a few hours to complete and it's not as big a project as those in The Crazy Mod Whiz. Sometimes, I build things to help with another episode, either as a prop or to assist with filming. Other times, useful stuff that I need in my everyday life.
Homemade action camera
I needed an action camera for another one of my videos (specifically, for an episode of a new series! *WINK*). Yes, sure, anyone can go buy one, but what if we can't afford it? Well, with a bit of ingenuity and a few bucks (literally) we can build our own!
Minecraft Desk Plant
I wanted an indoor pot plant, something that could survive my terrible skills at taking care of those things (mum knows). Why not making this project fun and stylish? I went skip-diving and found myself some free timber. With a little ingenuity and SEVERAL coats of paint I made myself a Minecraft "earth block"... in real life!
Inexpensive teleprompter
I built a high-quality teleprompter for FREE and here is how! A teleprompter is a device that can provide a great deal of assistance when shooting 'talking head' videos. I wanted one... but without spending a dime for it! Building this thing was actually a lot easier and quicker than I thought and despite being home-made, it works just fine.
Custom "Fallout" PC Case
It's time to upgrade to a new computer, but I won't settle for a minimalistic set up this time... quite the opposite! Check out my beautiful new computer case, inspired by the video game Fallout 4.
